Do you ship to all countries?
Yes! We ship world wide as we believe the world deserves the best skincare on the market.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping in Australia. For all other countries shipping costs vary however, it's free for all orders over $100
How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels. Shipping within AUS takes between 1-5 business days, 5-10 business days in NZ and over 10 business days for all other countries.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject the delivery or return your order back to us, unused and unopened, for a refund. Please note that $10 for the shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.

I have eczema / rosacea - is the serum suitable for me?
Yes! If you do suffer from either, you may experience a slight tingling sensation on your first use. However, please note our products do not contain any ingredients that might trigger eczema or rosacea – everyone is different and everyone’s skin reacts differently to certain skin care products. Therefore, it is best to check with your GP if you have any major concerns!
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in Italy and undergo extraneous procedures to ensure we deliver meticulously excellent products with transformative results. We could have created our products here in Australia for a lot less however we do not believe in cutting costs to increase profitability. Great things take time and excellence doesn't come cheap.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our serum has a shelf life of 30 months and 6 months after opening.
Is your serum safe for sensitive skin?
Our serum is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin and is recommended for all skin types, especially mature skin.
Is your serum certified?
Our serum is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin and Certified with Bio Eco Cosmesi AIAB and of course compliant with AICIS. We undergo more than double the regulations than usual to ensure we are compliant in more than multiple continents and therefore deliver the best skincare there is to offer.
Where is Allevi based?
Allevi is a Melbourne based company in the heart of Australia. After one of the founders were blown up in a near death incident, the skin became a major cause close to our hearts. That's when a dream came to fruition.
